Autism and the Family
The challenges and rewards of living with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Sinneave Family Foundation is committed to creating a better understanding of the challenges and hurdles families encounter living with and caring for someone with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, and also to acknowledging the many joys, the everyday hopes, and the reality that living with ASD can be enriching for everyone.
Listening to and meeting the needs of families is central to the focus of the Sinneave Family Foundation, and while it begins with the association with the Family Advisory Network , it doesn’t end there. Whenever research is funded or a new community partnership is forged, it is always with an eye to easing the burden on families, and to providing them with the best available science-supported information and resources.
For help dealing with the challenges of living with ASD, or for questions, contact Sharon Nagel the Resource and Information Navigator.
